Amit is a co-Founder and Managing Partner at Create Health Ventures, an early stage venture
fund focused on digital health. He has a broad range of career experiences, including as a
healthcare operator, strategy consultant, and transaction advisor.
Amit most recently managed a healthcare portfolio for Wanxiang America, where he effectively
implemented his investment thesis and value-adding approach to generate strong returns.
He’s made 31 investments in five years with several successful exits. Amit provided M&A and
capital raise advisory services at Healthcare Growth Partners, a leading digital health
investment bank that advised on the largest number of healthcare M&A deals in the U.S.
He previously managed product testing, product deployments, and customer success at Plan Data Management, a digital health startup
eventually sold to Trizetto Corporation, which provided a unique perspective on how best to design software products in such a way as
to maximize customer acceptance.
