Bobby Reddy, Jr., Ph.D. is the Co-Founder and CEO of Prenosis, a pioneering precision medicine
company focused on acute care. Since founding Prenosis in 2016, Bobby has led the company
to achieve significant milestones, including the groundbreaking FDA marketing authorization
of Sepsis ImmunoScore™ in April 2024, the first-ever FDA-authorized AI diagnostic tool for
sepsis. Under his guidance, Sepsis ImmunoScore, built on Prenosis' Immunix™ platform, was
named one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2024 for its transformative impact on sepsis diagnosis
and patient care.


With over a decade of experience in developing early screening technologies for debilitating

diseases, Bobby has demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving company vision, building high-performing teams, securing strategic
partnerships, and raising capital.
His extensive work with clinical and administrative hospital personnel has given him unique insights
into implementing technology solutions for critical healthcare challenges. Prior to founding Prenosis, Bobby served as a Research
Scientist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he led the development of electrical point-of-care biosensors and
managed strategic partnerships with major organizations including Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Abbott
Diagnostics, and Intel Corporation.


Bobby holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from
the University of California, Irvine, and dual B.S. degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering from UC Irvine. His visionary
work in precision diagnostics and AI innovation earned him recognition as one of Crain's Chicago Business 40 Under 40, where he
emphasized his core mission: "to see people differently – to tailor healthcare to each individual’s biology." His academic background,
combined with his entrepreneurial success, positions him as a leading innovator in the intersection of artificial intelligence and
healthcare.
